READINGS
1. Information provided
Readings are delivered by email, based on the information you provided. Date of birth format is assumed to be MM/DD/YY. It is advised to write down the date of birth with the month clearly identified to avoid miscommunication.
Should you have made an error in the information provided (date, time, or location of birth), the reading will have to be re done at full cost.
I will assess case by case if I'm able to keep some of the work I already provided and could provide price discount based on this assessment. Readings to be redone will be added to the queue of readings.
2. Delivery
Reading date delivery is discussed by email. The date given is an estimation and can vary based on schedule changes & speed at which we can communicate. I will reach out within 24H of the date given to let you know if there has been any schedule changes.
4. Errors
If the reading you received hasn't been performed based on the information you provided (error in time, place, or date of birth, on my part) you are eligible for a re-do. I will re-perform your reading and will cut the queue of orders to provide you with your corrected reading within 7 days after the discovery of the error.
5. Refunds / cancellation
You are allowed to change your mind and cancel your order. Refunds are granted in full, minus Paypal fee (about 5%) as long as I haven't worked on your reading yet.
If you request a refund more than 48H before the date given for your reading delivery (which I give by email), you are eligible for full refund (minus paypal fee, about 5%) . If you request a refund less than 48H before the date given for your reading delivery, refunds will be granted and on a case by case basis.
6. Currency
Prices are displayed in USD. Tax is added to the total amount if you live in Canada based on the province you live in.
7. Prices
Price can be changed at any time without any warning. If you live outside of Canada you are responsible for declaring sales tax according to your country and province.
8. Copyrights
The content in the readings is written and owned by Look Up The Stars Astrology. No reproduction is allowed. No commercial used is allowed. Written consent from Look Up The Stars Astrology has to be obtained before any reproduction can be done.
MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTIONS
1. Delivery
When signing up for a monthly subscription, you will receive the content you signed up for on the email you provided for payment. If you desire to receive the subscription on another email, please contact us and we'll accommodate. The weekly forecast is sent every Sunday a 2pm PST.
2. Undelivered
It is your responsibility to report any problem receiving the subscription you signed up for. Once a problem is reported, a response and solution will be found within 72h.
3. Cancelling
The monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. The cancellation has to be done by the user themselves, on their Paypal account, under "recurring payments". The user acknowledges that simply unsubscribing from the email list will not cancel the payments. The user acknowledges they are responsible for cancelling their account. No refund is given for failing to cancel the subscription.
4. Copyrights
The content in the monthly subscriptions is written and owned by Look Up The Stars Astrology. No reproduction is allowed. No commercial used is allowed. Written consent from Look Up The Stars Astrology has to be obtained before any reproduction or use can be legally obtained.
SCHOOL

No cancellation or refunds are offered.
E-BOOKS
1. No refund
There is no refund and cancellation policy. The user is not subject to any refund once an order has been placed.
2. Technical
E-books are immediately available after purchasing. In the odd case a glitch would prevent viewing the book, the user is responsible for reporting the problem within 24h of purchasing.
